Ok, We have to start keeping things a bit more organized. after doing the Leica the way we did it got way to complicated...so for now on we have a labelling system. If you're confused on how to rename anything, ask me FIRSt before just guessing, keeping it consistent it is very important.
For each department you should be labelling things like this:
Department_Scene_Shot_Intials_VersionNumber
Storyboards:
STRBOARD_SC#_SH#_INTIALS_V#
Layout:
LAYOUT_SC#_SH#_Lines/Coloured_INTIALS_V#
Character Design:
CHRDESIGN_CHARACTER_VIEW/ROTATION_INTIALS_V#
Character Building:
CHRBUILD_CHARACTER_ROTATION/POSE_INTIALS_V#
Music:
MUSIC_SC#_NameOfSong/Filler_V#
SoundFX:
SFX_SCENE_WhatItIs_V#
