Part of the problem is that his arms are not in proportion. You could push the length and width quite a bit more, but I would suggest making the wrists slimmer. Also, his arms are not hanging comfortably, but are held slightly forward. His biceps should probably overlap his forearms, and not the other way around.Finally, style wise, the angles are too severe on the arms. The other characters (and the rest of this one), are much softer in comparison.
also a problem with the model is getting those shoulder to always work. is there a way maybe set them up to work better for model, maybe slight them round them into the chest a bit
They would work better...but something looks off with them still...problem is i can't pin point what it is as the moment...damn
