Well, since it's done I might as well post it...My attempt at the final El Flamingo pose.

QUICK meeting Tomorrow after Acting Class

Quick El Flamingo session after acting.
Won't be longer then fifteen minutes, just quickly to see where we are all
at as a group.
And if you want to show us stuff do it before you cram on your Traditional Animation project.

El Flamingo Final Week Schedule

Animation: Tweak and Hook up your scenes correctly to the last one! - they're all due Thursday at class, so if I see you leaving them to Wednesday night I will not be a happy slappy Production Manager

Layout: Separate your clouds and make sure your line arts are done well!
Make a separate file for each scene, and fielded to the proper size.
Make sure all the crowds are in there!    ------------All DUE MONDAY

(I will be checking and going through the hardrive on Tuesday, and spamming you if you didn't do all this!)

Compositors: Take a breather and prepare for the storm

Hey Check those Google Docs

If you don't use FB then you might be wondering how to tweak your scenes so they're ready to be beautiful by wednesday night. Well you should all check the google docs and fix them without ant excuses!

They've all been checked, and look pretty darn good, but we need to hook them up with each other and make minor adjustments.

El Flamingo Schedule Week 13

Animation: Tweak and finish all your scenes!
They are due this Thursday the 12th, if I see anybody leaving them til the last minute I swear I will strike them down.

Layout: All Due this Tuesday the 10th, no excuses!

Poster: I want to see work on it on this Tuesday, it should be done by this Friday!

Alright everybody, let's make them look like gold and a half and then we'll one up a level and leave all our
problems to compositing!

YOUR ASSES ARE ON THE FLAME IF U HAVN'T DONE THEM YET

Good luck, all animation is due Thursday.

It doesn't have to be the most perfect in the world, but it does have to be animated.

I'll be giving out 10% of your mark for completion of this.

If you are not there you don't get 10%.

If you don't have all scenes animated you don't get 10%.

If you have all scenes animated and they look OK you GET 10%!

If you have all scenes animated and they are all garbage you DON'T get 10%.

Sound fair? Great.

Week 12 Production Schedule

Hey this is coming close to the end everybody! We've been through some nice times, some great, no bad times...
any way here's the schedule:

Animation: Finish tweening all your scenes! - This Thurs the 5th
You should already have your scenes posed out and half done already FROM LAST WEEK, so therefor this should be a breeze!

Layout: These should be all done by Tuesday the 10th (AKA You have 4 full days after Animation to do this)

Poster: This should be done Wednesday the 11th
(12 weeks in the making) I'm sure it'll look great!


NO excuses this time! We all have the same amount of work, meaning there's no reason not to have your stuff done.

If there is any problem in meeting your deadlines talk to me (Aaron), Devin or Charles or all of us
and we can work something out.

Production Schedule Week 11

By Thursday respective departments should have:

Animation: All your scenes posed out, and half of them tweened and ready to go to Korea

Layout: You should have 2/3's of the backgrounds you need to paint, painted (Not much time to not 

get these done)

Poster: Start painting it

(Remember: as you finish and pose your scenes mark it on the production spread)

Animation:

For this week I want you all to finish the scenes you guys posed out for Barney this week (Tween, antic, tweak)

And then grab 2 more of your scenes and key pose them out (if your scenes are shorted pose out 3 or 4 more!!!)

Scene Setup:

I want the scenes all set-up by this Tuesday, with or without layouts. (Not Thursday)

Layouts:

All the lines should be done now, so all you painters grab your scenes, (either from the blog, or the computer or hard drive)

and start painting them. 

I WANT 1/3 of your paintings done this week ...No more dogging around on it

Poster: Define your roughs, choose your final to start painting

Music: Contact who you need

(Remember mark down in the Production Schedule what scenes you have set-up on your

own)
